Responsibilities
Support the Content Strategy Director in honing Misfits Market’s social media strategy
Ideate, develop, and post organic social media content to platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
Ensure social media posts are accurate and meet Brand standards
Optimize organic social media efforts against awareness and customer conversion goals
Work with the Social Community Specialist on community building and engagement strategies
Collaborate with the video team in ideating, filming, and optimizing video content
Define, report, and analyze metrics for social media strategy optimization
Be an internal champion for storytelling that’s strategic, data-informed, and distinctively Misfits
Execute video concepts in various settings, with occasional travel as needed
Requirements
1–3 years managing social media channels for a D2C or CPG brand
Platform-native expert across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Strong storyteller with content ideation and social copywriting skills
Comfortable on camera, willing to film and use basic in-app editing tools
Passionate about food and Misfits Market's impact on the food system
Curious, collaborative, creative thinker thriving in a team environment
Adaptive and flexible, able to prioritize and pivot quickly
Resourceful and proactive, capable of turning briefs into high-impact content
Performance-aware with knowledge of performance marketing goals is a plus
Organized with experience in creative workflows, Asana and Figma helpful
