Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of our growth marketing strategy, creatively architecting integrated campaigns as a T-shaped generalist with deep expertise in Marketing Automation, Campaign Management and Marketing Operations.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product to shape and execute our go-to-market efforts with full creative autonomy in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Support the shift from fixed campaign cycles to an always-on strategy, improving campaign speed, creativity, and performance.

Requirements
6+ years' experience in marketing automation, with at least 3 years in a hands-on campaign build or operations role
B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS
Certified and proven track record in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflow building, list segmentation, performance dashboards)
While HubSpot expertise is a priority, we are open to senior marketing generalists with general strong operations backgrounds who can ramp up quickly.
Strong experience in CRM Campaign Management - you know what great ICP-focused CRM looks like.
Skilled in funnel design, copywriting, and campaign execution
Strong understanding of digital campaign strategy, including nurture journeys, A/B testing, and personalisation
Experience in webinar or virtual event management
Data-driven mindset with fluency in CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and attribution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
Familiarity with AI-driven tools for campaign optimisation
