About the role

  • Help Desk Operator at Minsait providing technical support through multiple channels. Responsible for user assistance, issue resolution, and ticket management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, web, email, and chat.
  • Log and track tickets in the ticketing/management system.
  • Provide first-level technical support for ICT (Information and Communication Technology) services.
  • Guide users to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Escalate tickets when necessary, following internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical training in Telecommunications or Computer Science/Information Technology, or a higher education degree in Exact Sciences (including Engineering) or Information Technology (or related fields) from an institution recognized by the Federal Government.
  • Proven experience of at least 6 months in user support within Help Desk or Service Desk environments.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and remote support tools.
