IT Support Specialist assisting clients with e-forms and managing service requests in Leipzig. Documenting and classifying tickets while ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with prompt, competent support
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You handle and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements
You demonstrate a customer-friendly and service-oriented work style
You have a quick comprehension and work in a structured way
Your key strengths include very good communication skills and clear expression
It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2)
