About the role

  • IT Support Specialist assisting clients with e-forms and managing service requests in Leipzig. Documenting and classifying tickets while ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with prompt, competent support
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You handle and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
  • You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • You demonstrate a customer-friendly and service-oriented work style
  • You have a quick comprehension and work in a structured way
  • Your key strengths include very good communication skills and clear expression
  • It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
  • You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2)
