About the role

  • IT Support Specialist assisting customers with e-forms requests and managing ticket documentation. Oversight and classification of tickets within a service level agreement framework.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for requests involving e-forms and provide quick, competent assistance to our customers
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer inquiries in the ticketing system and its webshop
  • You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • You have a quick grasp and a structured, conscientious way of working
  • Your strengths include excellent communication skills and a strong command of expression
  • It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in an IT environment
  • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
