About the role

• Business Analyst assessing business requirements for Customer Order Management solutions at Minsait. Engaging in complex corporate environments to develop innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with the COM Netcracker solution, with a focus on integration between Customer Order Management, BSS and Billing.
• Define and agree KPIs and SLAs with the Business area.
• Prepare, review and approve functional requirements, technical specifications and integration documents for development, configurations and module interfaces.
• Identify critical issues, propose solutions and perform defect triage, directing fixes to technical teams. Define and approve unit, integration and acceptance test scenarios.
• Present the solution to the involved areas (Business, Quality, Infrastructure, Information Security, Observability and Project Management), perform production handover, participate in war rooms and monitor post-production, evaluating monitoring reports and producing application health reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional and technical documentation, and working in complex corporate environments.
• Experience with COM Netcracker or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, system testing, defect management and go-live processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability, production environments and systems integration.
• Preferred: experience in telecommunications, agile methodologies and certifications in Business Analysis, ITIL or Agile/Scrum.
