Responsibilities
- Lead the development, deployment, and management of analytics solutions within Microsoft Fabric, including data engineering, Lakehouse modeling, and pipelines.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to translate complex data needs into scalable, high-quality analytical products.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities.
- Implement and maintain robust data governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
- Optimize data models for performance, usability, and self-service adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Understanding of modern data architecture (Lakehouse, data mesh, ETL/ELT).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
