About the role

  • Advanced Business Analyst I managing operations for SAP SuccessFactors. Joining a team dedicated to enhancing global HRIT systems at Novo Nordisk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT system operations, maintenance, and development
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR
  • Independently configure SuccessFactors Employee Central, including portlets, Business Configuration UI, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and picklists
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
  • Oversee vendor management and service delivery

Requirements

  • 7 to 8 yrs experience in the Employee Central module in Success Factors
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent entry-level experience
  • Experience in SAP HR, CPI Integrations, Integration Centre preferred
  • Experience in supporting the employee central modules, handling Incidents, migration and implementation will be required
