Responsibilities
Manage IT system operations, maintenance, and development
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR
Independently configure SuccessFactors Employee Central, including portlets, Business Configuration UI, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and picklists
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
Oversee vendor management and service delivery
Requirements
7 to 8 yrs experience in the Employee Central module in Success Factors
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent entry-level experience
Experience in SAP HR, CPI Integrations, Integration Centre preferred
Experience in supporting the employee central modules, handling Incidents, migration and implementation will be required
