About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+.
• Work on the modeling, implementation and maintenance of RESTful APIs, integrated with gateways such as Apigee or AWS API Gateway.
• Implement and sustain process flows using Camunda V7 or V8.
• Develop asynchronous integrations using Kafka and/or JMS.
• Ensure best practices for code versioning, change control and collaboration through GitHub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, security, performance and stability of solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews, incident resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for the systems.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Java Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda V7 or Camunda V8.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs using Apigee or AWS API Gateway.
• Experience with Kafka and/or JMS for messaging and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
• Desired: Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition.
• Knowledge of financial systems and Treasury.
• Experience in high-criticality corporate environments, preferably in the financial sector.
