Advise on high performance materials for probe materials and drive technical customer projects from concept to qualification.
Provide technical consulting on material selection, processing, and performance for probe card applications.
Analyze electrical, mechanical, and reliability requirements in semiconductor probing.
Manage product development projects from prototype to industrialization.
Contribute to material development, sampling, and specification definition.
Prepare technical documentation and support Sales with expert input.
Requirements
Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar.
Experience in global project management
Experience in the semiconductor or wafer test industry
Knowledge of precious metal and specialty alloys.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Strong English skills; experience in Asian markets and Asian language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence.
