  • Technical Sales Manager serving as a technical expert for semiconductor test and probing industry. Advising on high performance materials and driving customer projects from concept to qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert supporting customers in the semiconductor test and probing industry.
  • Advise on high performance materials for probe materials and drive technical customer projects from concept to qualification.
  • Provide technical consulting on material selection, processing, and performance for probe card applications.
  • Analyze electrical, mechanical, and reliability requirements in semiconductor probing.
  • Manage product development projects from prototype to industrialization.
  • Contribute to material development, sampling, and specification definition.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support Sales with expert input.

Requirements

  • Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar.
  • Experience in global project management
  • Experience in the semiconductor or wafer test industry
  • Knowledge of precious metal and specialty alloys.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong English skills; experience in Asian markets and Asian language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence.
