About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for marketing technical products in water treatment and related industries. Engaging with clients and expanding customer relationships in Austria.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for independently managing and advising our customers
  • Creating added value and additional benefits for our customers through close account management
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and sustainable expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Point of contact for our customers within the sales territory
  • Close cooperation with our internal sales, application engineering and service teams
  • Use of modern IT systems for customer management and sales

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical education – ideally in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Strong enthusiasm for selling technically sophisticated products
  • Good technical understanding
  • Enjoyment of personal customer contact and a proven ability to sell
  • High degree of initiative, responsibility and reliability
