Responsibilities
Support employees in your scope throughout their employee lifecycle within the company.
Work in partnership with our centers of expertise.
Participate in various HR and employee relations projects across BAT France and Europe.
Maintain and update employee personnel files.
Enter information into the payroll system.
Support employee mobility.
Requirements
Prior experience or internship in generalist HR.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Fluent in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
