Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to contractors, haulers, and suppliers
  • Conduct regular site visits and strategic business reviews
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
  • Lead customer onboarding workflows
  • Execute retention strategies that build loyalty and reduce churn
  • Demonstrate value, features, and benefits of NewMile
  • Maintain responsiveness and proactive communication

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in account management, sales, customer service, logistics, transportation, or construction services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Ability to understand materials, specifications, and hauling requirements
  • High responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and learning new technology
  • Ability to travel locally
