Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- (3+) years of experience in material handling equipment design for parcel or distribution and fulfillment, or (2+) years of experience leading mechanical engineering project teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Autodesk suite - AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault, Recap, Navisworks, and BIM.
- Passionate about the development of team members and facilitating a cohesive team environment.
- Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and creatively solve problems.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite. – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
