- Translating the needs of the healthcare sector into technical specifications
- Developing innovative and practical solutions for specific healthcare requirements
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- University degree in (business) informatics, health sciences, economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in management consulting and/or expertise in the healthcare sector (hospitals, statutory health insurers [GKV], or the public sector)
- Experience in project management and project control
- Several years of leadership/management experience
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence and strong teamwork skills
- Strong communicator with confident command of German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
