Retail Account Executive managing Dell products for North American retailers. Building and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution so that service level agreements are met.
Oversees the development of strategic business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments.
Identifies and develops alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
Requirements
8+ years of outside sales experience with at least 5+ years of channel sales experience
Potential candidate must have a thorough understanding of and experience with Dell's products and services, as well as, the North American consumer electronics market.
Must be willing to travel up to travel 50% of the time to customer sites to develop new relationships.
Strong experience negotiating with senior management levels within customer base.
Expert level professional with complete understanding of Dell's product offerings.
Outstanding communication, presentation and selling skills.
