About the role
- Join the Permits team to support urban planning projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of technical datasheets with urban planning information, including municipal and state requirements according to the client scope.
- Proactively work with leadership and analysts in the production and quality control of permitting/legal projects and materials for approval processes, ensuring adherence to internal standards, client requirements and the demands of competent authorities.
- Gather property registration information and determine the property's legal status.
- Monitor compliance with legal requirements during the execution of activities.
- Assist in researching and updating current legislation.
- Support the sourcing, qualification, registration and contracting of suppliers responsible for executing EVLs and other approval processes.
- Review client requests, ensuring conditions and materials necessary for service delivery.
- Control revisions, compatibility checks and updates of project documents.
- Coordinate and reconcile projects developed by external suppliers, maintaining continuous interaction and attention to associated costs.
- Integrate and assess needs among the client, design teams, construction and public authorities, working together with internal and client departments to align deliverables.
- Assist construction, design, finance and other departments in controlling and updating projects and systems.
- Support the filing in the system, safekeeping and delivery to the client of approved documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- At least 5 years of experience in the field
- Familiarity with drafting deliverables and documentation for permitting/legal projects across different authorities and locations in Brazil
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in similar roles or functions
