About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform payroll processing, verifying entries and system integrations;
- Calculate payroll-related social charges: INSS, FGTS and IRRF;
- Handle onboarding procedures for new employees: enter data into payroll and register on e-Social;
- Prepare termination (severance) calculations;
- Prepare vacation pay calculations;
- Submit information to e-Social;
- Support in collecting information for labor claims;
- Assist in preparing annual reports: DIRF, RAIS and Income Statements (Informe de Rendimentos);
- Assist with processes for vacation requests, terminations, timekeeping, and transfers of roles and/or departments;
- Provide support for People & Management (G&G) routines;
- Save proofs of payment for all payments issued by the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields;
- At least 1 year of experience;
- Intermediate Excel skills required;
- Knowledge of RM Labore (TOTVS) is desirable.
