About the role
- Architectural Analyst involved in design, project execution, and technical feasibility assessments for a leading engineering company. Focus on Revit and project management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs in Revit for different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and construction documentation), ensuring they meet required deadlines and quality standards while optimizing cost;
- Review client requests regarding conditions and materials required for execution of services;
- Manage project revision control and verify compatibility/coordination between disciplines;
- Develop technical feasibility studies for cost analysis and process approval;
- Analyze and validate field surveys and measurements performed;
- Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines;
- Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to maintain updates and control of projects and systems;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit is required
- Experience with retail projects is a plus
