About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for maximizing profitable sales within the FMCG sector at Superior Food & Convenience. Developing new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maximizing the profitable sales of products by providing a serviced total supply solution to nominated existing key account customers
  • Identify new markets to diversify and actively grow the total Food Service & Convenience customer base
  • Initiate and develop new business across all nominated areas
  • Identify opportunities throughout the FMCG and Foodservice categories
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships as well as manage existing customer relationships
  • Achieve budgeted sales & margin in line with budget document
  • Promote & drive the SAVE loyalty program

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales / Account Management
  • Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence
  • Solid understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Albury / NSW market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skilled in data analysis to support business insights and decision-making
