Requirements

- Solid understanding of messaging protocols and data mapping;
- Financial services background (trade execution, order management, or market connectivity) would be considered an advantage;
- Experience working in regulated or institutional environments;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar);
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools;
- Ability to work independently and drive things forward;
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, speak-up mindset.
