About the role
- Senior Go Developer responsible for internal software development at web care LBJ GmbH. Engaging in coding, mentoring, and creating innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of internally used software, e.g., as standalone web applications, REST APIs, and Kubernetes operators
- Design and development of an API-based middleware to connect ERP, CRM, financial accounting and SaaS products using Go and Kubernetes
- Support for junior developers through code reviews and coaching
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in web and software development (HTTP, REST APIs)
- A degree with an IT focus is desirable
- Strong knowledge in at least one programming language, e.g., Java, PHP, Java/TypeScript
- Preferably experience programming in Go (or willingness to learn Go)
- Enjoy working on software development in a team, participating in code reviews, and motivated to work in an agile environment
- Ideally familiar with event systems (especially NATS/JetStream), metrics and distributed tracing, and the Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Analytical thinking, creativity and teamwork, as well as an independent and efficient working style
- Willingness to come to our Hamburg office 1–2 days per week
- German language skills (at least CEFR level B2)
