Responsibilities
Project responsibility from the initial idea and sketching, through design planning, to the finished project for temporary structures at trade shows, events and conferences
Design, planning, visualization, cost estimation and project control of spatial concepts for exhibition presentations
Developing innovative, sustainable and customer-focused concept and design solutions
Primary point of contact for national and international clients and service providers
Commissioning and coordination of required trades, review of offers, participation in awarding contracts, cost and invoice control
On-site construction supervision (primarily Berlin), if required worldwide
Client advising and client relationship management
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or alternatively relevant professional experience in the described area
Experience in concept/design and execution of brand presentations
Demonstrable experience in exhibition construction (stand building) and/or (interior) spatial planning
Preferably relevant experience as a client/project owner across service phases 1–9
Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks and 3D visualization solutions such as SketchUp and/or ArCon
Confident use of MS Office 365
Business-fluent German (at least C1 level)
English skills (at least B2 level)
Additional foreign languages advantageous
