About the role

  • Projektmitarbeiter für die Durchführung und Planung von Gastveranstaltungen bei Messe Berlin. Unterstützung der geschäftlichen Entwicklung und strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, execution and settlement of guest events
  • Support the commissioning and coordination of internal service providers and trades
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating all project-related activities with clients, external service providers and authorities
  • Support the development and implementation of operational concepts (e.g., room allocation/space planning)
  • Assist with organizer and exhibitor support
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling project progress
  • Assist with project invoicing and financial reconciliation
  • Prepare project-related figures and data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA) or a vocational qualification with equivalent competencies acquired through substantial relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in event management
  • Basic methodological knowledge in project planning, management and control
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good PC skills (particularly MS Office, SAP, internet)
