Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, execution and settlement of guest events
Support the commissioning and coordination of internal service providers and trades

Support the development and implementation of operational concepts (e.g., room allocation/space planning)
Assist with organizer and exhibitor support
Assist in monitoring and controlling project progress
Assist with project invoicing and financial reconciliation
Prepare project-related figures and data
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA) or a vocational qualification with equivalent competencies acquired through substantial relevant professional experience
Professional experience in event management
Basic methodological knowledge in project planning, management and control
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Good PC skills (particularly MS Office, SAP, internet)
