Responsibilities
Support the Technical Production team with general administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.
Assist in the preparation, coordination and organization of events — from technical workflows to production logistics.
Accompany and support our national and international clients before, during and after events, ensuring professional and service-oriented client care.
Conduct project-related research, e.g., on technical requirements, service providers or production specifications, to provide the team with relevant information.
Contribute to the general event and production organization at Messe Berlin and support production and technical management with operational tasks.
Handle written and verbal enquiries in German and English and coordinate with internal teams, external partners and service providers.
Independently and diligently carry out administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, maintenance of production records and providing organizational support in daily operations.
Requirements
Academic status: You are enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Event Technology/Management or a related subject.
IT basics: Ideally, you have initial experience with CAD programs (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) and are confident using Office 365 (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
Independence & conscientiousness: You work reliably and in a structured manner, take responsibility for tasks independently — a careful and conscientious approach characterizes your work.
Teamwork & service orientation: You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and have a strong service orientation to professionally support internal and external contacts.
Intercultural competence: You have a pronounced awareness of diversity, intercultural sensitivity and an open mindset when working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
