Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence in alignment with the GMA vision
Lead and develop the GMA Operations & Excellence team
Optimize processes, workflows, and systems (e.g., Veeva MedInq, PromoMats)
Drive digitalization and omnichannel projects as well as medical information services
Design and deliver B2B training and establish a unified GMA training framework
Ensure compliance, quality management, and audit readiness
Maintain close collaboration with internal and external partners and with members of the GMA leadership team
Requirements
University degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in operational excellence and process improvement within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Medical Affairs (ideally at a global level) and in leading teams
Strong project management and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High intercultural competence, strong team spirit, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
Excellent English skills (fluent written and spoken)
