Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a managing director, with comprehensive knowledge of operations in media and artist booking agencies.

Strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships and contracts with artists, clients, and other partners to ensure optimal terms for the agency.
Experience preparing and overseeing budgets, financial analysis, and the ability to safeguard and improve the agency’s financial health.
Proven team leadership, motivational management skills, and effective internal and external communication to achieve business objectives and foster a positive company culture.
