- Support the Head of Marketing in day-to-day operational tasks
- Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative and organizational processes
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and workshops
- Take minutes and efficiently prepare and follow up on meetings
- Organize regular team meetings and ensure structured internal coordination
- Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure transparent and reliable management of administrative workflows
- Prepare presentations, reports and decision documents
- Professionally maintain project overviews, calendars and document repositories
- Support internal communication measures and marketing projects
- Serve as an important interface between Marketing, other departments and external partners
- Organize and process business travel
- Carry out general office and administrative tasks for the entire marketing team
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Work experience in an assistant or team support role desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Basic understanding of marketing processes and structures
- Proactive approach, ability to work independently and solution-oriented thinking
- Confident written and spoken German and English
