Responsibilities
Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies to increase sales and brand presence
Design and execute POS campaigns, promotions and shopper activations (national and international)
Responsible for annual planning and the trade marketing budget
Close collaboration with Sales, Brand Management, Communications, Digital and Field Sales
Manage external agencies and service providers
Develop high-converting materials, displays and presentations for key accounts
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance (e.g., ROI, sell-out, distribution)
Support international partners with market entry and activations abroad
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in trade/shopper marketing or brand activation, ideally in FMCG
Experienced in working with key accounts, field sales and retail structures
Confident in budget planning, agency management and campaign implementation
Pet food experience advantageous but not required
Creative, strategic and strong in brand presentation at the POS
Strong hands-on mentality, high initiative and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills, structured approach and ability to work independently
