About the role
- Service Operations Engineer tackling customer needs with cloud solutions at Merapar. Working on innovative projects in a greenfield environment supporting the Media & Entertainment sector.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and translate their needs into practical solutions
- Help design and set up support structures, incident procedures, and monitoring systems
- Analyse and resolve complex issues in production environments
- Contribute ideas to improve support processes and cloud infrastructure
- Participate in a one-week 24/7 on-call rotation every four weeks
Requirements
- Hands-on mindset and a passion for technology
- Ability to maintain regular contact with customers in both Dutch and English
- Experience with technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, ECS, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Grafana
- Problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve complex issues in production environments
