About the role

  • GTM Ops Associate optimizing go-to-market strategies and enhancing lead management processes for Mendix, a leading low-code application development platform.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize our go-to-market strategies by focusing on BDR Operations and Marketing Campaign Operations.
  • Connect our Marketing and Sales teams, setting the gold standard for how we engage with prospects globally.
  • Enhance our lead management processes.
  • Empower our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with top-tier tools and strategies.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue, marketing or sales operations
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong process documentation and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • An analytical mindset, with a knack for driving metrics-based improvements and making data-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft.
  • Exposure to enrichment tools like ZoomInfo or Cognism.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is eager to take initiative and drive change.
