Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze engineering needs in hotels
  • Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations
  • Act as a Preventative Resource for risk activities in the team
  • Update and maintain the information in the data room
  • Supervise the resolution of technical or legal incidents
  • Coordinate teams and provide instructions for maintenance
  • Analyze and monitor energy and environmental indicators daily

Requirements

  • Engineering knowledge in hospitality
  • Experience in technical and legal compliance
  • Skills in risk management and occupational health and safety
  • Ability to act as a Preventative Resource in team settings
  • Familiarity with energy and environmental indicators
  • Management of corrective maintenance duties
  • Data analysis and coordination skills
