Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate, technical, and commercial roles, aligned to business priorities
Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models
Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition operating model
Support agency and vendor governance, including contracts, controls, and usage
Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimisation of core hiring workflows
Support onboarding alignment in partnership with HR Operations
Support TA training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers
Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives
Drive continuous improvement across TA tools, processes, and candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role
Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems, process improvement, RPO, or compliance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions preferred
Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward delivery
