About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner driving recruitment strategies within Medtronic's Diabetes division. Focusing on end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate roles in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate, technical, and commercial roles, aligned to business priorities
  • Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models
  • Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition operating model
  • Support agency and vendor governance, including contracts, controls, and usage
  • Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimisation of core hiring workflows
  • Support onboarding alignment in partnership with HR Operations
  • Support TA training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement across TA tools, processes, and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role
  • Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems, process improvement, RPO, or compliance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions preferred
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward delivery
