Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales targets
- Develops and implements regional business strategies to execute on opportunities in the region for potential accounts
- Implements business & marketing objectives to further sales
- Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales and clinical team to implement the organization's overall business & marketing strategy for an assigned region
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, mapping, and clinical programs
- Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share
- Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies
- Coaches’ sales representatives on capital & consumable aspects of the organization's products and services; marketing campaigns and sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree is required
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to operate 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
- Demonstrate an agile and can-do mindset
- Interstate travel is required
- Valid driver’s licence required
