Responsibilities
Develop and drive Western European marketing strategy and tactical execution plans for a high stake and high complexity product portfolio, including launches, omni‑channel campaigns, tracking of the results and implementing corrective actions.
Drive market knowledge & manage product lifecycle, including: Contribute to Strategic Plan modelling (market size, competition, pricing), Initiate/lead market research, VOC, and data collection, Build detailed demand forecasts; monitor/adjust pricing and Lead major customer communications.
Enable efficient business operations, including: Ensure accurate forecasting; partner with Demand Planners and Sales Operations on allocations; create customer communications related to supply.
Requirements
Advanced Marketing knowledge (breadth + depth) from education and 8+ years practical experience in European/Global roles.
Proven expertise in: 1) Product launch strategy & execution, 2) Value proposition formulation, 3) Marketing plan development, 4) Communication development, and 5) Extensive collaboration with Commercial teams.
Degree requirement: Master in Marketing, Business, Economics, with 8+ years relevant experience, MBA/EMBA is a plus.
Fluency in English ; exceptional presentation skills; strong ability to influence, drive teams, and lead indirect teams to successful completion.
Knowledge of Cardiac Surgery and specifically Atrial Fibrillation procedures is an advantage.
