About the role

  • Contract & Commercial Enablement Analyst managing the lifecycle of healthcare consulting contracts. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate execution and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for HCP consulting, clinical research, medical education, and special projects—from initiation through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs and vendors, providing a professional, responsive, and concierge-level experience
  • Coordinate closely with Legal, Marketing, CRMS, and other internal teams to ensure contracts, amendments, and work orders are accurate and executed on time
  • Track contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables; maintain clear documentation and historical records
  • Ensure accurate application of fair market value (FMV) and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support event operations related to HCP engagements, including: Vendor coordination (venues, labs, catering, travel, etc.) Budget estimates and sourcing options Cost reconciliation and on-time payment processing
  • Monitor progress, compile data, and provide reporting to support planning and compliance
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to processes, tools, or communication
  • Contribute to special projects that support broader CRMS and commercial objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience supporting contracts, operations, events, or cross-functional coordination
  • Experience supporting contracts in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
  • Event operations, executive support, project coordination, or "chief-of-staff–type" experience
  • Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or high-touch external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort working as a liaison across multiple functions and with external partners
  • Confidence asking questions, tracking down answers, and proactively resolving issues
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
