About the role

  • Sales Manager leading the Post Acute Division based out of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Overseeing sales activities and team development while ensuring maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division
  • Staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards maximum profitability
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding and performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience managing people
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
