About the role

  • Social Media Manager at MEDIMAX focusing on TikTok and Instagram strategies. Responsible for content creation, community management, and performance analysis for key platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Development of a cross-channel social media strategy for TikTok & Instagram
  • Planning and management of the editorial calendar, including topic and campaign planning
  • Creation of platform-specific content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, Posts)
  • Production of trend-oriented short videos for TikTok and aesthetic content for Instagram
  • Platform-appropriate adaptation of all content (no copy‑paste)
  • Community management: comments, messages, interactions & moderation
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures
  • Monitoring trends, competitors and platform updates
  • Establishing and managing influencer and creator collaborations

Requirements

  • Initial experience in social media
  • Creativity, quick thinking & a strong sense for trends
  • Strong communication skills & teamwork
  • Valid driver's license (for cross-location assignments)
