About the role

  • Shape the learning and talent development agenda across the company, ensuring that our people’s growth supports and accelerates business growth
  • Collaborate with leaders, teams and HR Business Partners to identify and translate development needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences
  • Plan, design and deliver high-quality learning programs - from small group sessions to large-scale initiatives - ensuring they are relevant, engaging and actionable
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders
  • Drive cultural growth through initiatives that promote open feedback, curiosity, and strong leadership while fostering high engagement
  • Partner with managers to encourage the growth and development of their team members, promoting career progression and skills enhancement
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality, value-driven learning solutions
  • Evaluate impact through data and feedback, continuously refining programs to make learning relevant, measurable, and effective

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or related areas, ideally gained in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Hands-on approach — you’re comfortable both designing programs and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen
  • Strong knowledge of modern learning and development practices and a genuine curiosity about what makes learning effective
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills — you can engage various audiences across all levels of the organization
  • A data-informed mindset — you use insights to understand impact and continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Strong business acumen
  • A natural ability to build trust and strong relationships across teams and with external partners
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
