About the role

  • Country Manager leading sales operations and implementing strategies for growth at Mediaplanet. Manage client relationships, team development, and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on them
  • Oversee the sales team, providing coaching, support, and direction to ensure targets are met
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (2-5 years)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
