About the role

  • Account Manager for telecommunications solutions at Medialine Communications GmbH. Supporting partners and clients with Microsoft Teams and related products in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist Medialine account managers and external partners with the aforementioned products at customer sites
  • Present the products to partners, customers and at events
  • Maintain and follow up on sales opportunities and the lead pipeline
  • Prepare quotations in coordination with PreSales
  • Discuss proposals with partners and customers
  • Expand and manage partner and customer relationships

Requirements

  • Work experience in sales of telecommunications products
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is a clear advantage
  • Technical aptitude and confidence in closing deals
  • Confident communication skills, including facilitation and presentation
  • Basic understanding of business and financial contexts
  • Strong customer and service orientation, self-initiative, flexibility, teamwork, assertiveness, strategic thinking and high commitment
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Valid Class B driver's license
