Responsibilities
Lead and grow Santen’s business in Norway & Denmark as Country Manager
Full P&L ownership, hands-on leadership
Lead a local sales organisation and act as Santen’s senior representative in Norway and Denmark
Collaborate closely with Nordic marketing and medical functions
Ensure strong execution of launches, portfolio development and commercial excellence across both markets
Requirements
Solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry (compliance knowledge is essential)
Strong understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system and market landscape
Proven experience in sales leadership and commercial responsibility, including P&L
Experience from senior or cross-functional leadership teams (Nordic or regional level is a plus)
Ability to drive change, develop teams and execute strategy in a hands-on manner
Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
Experience from medtech is a plus, but pharma background is required
Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are highly desirable
