- Experience with tools such as Benefit Flex Tool and Contract Management Tool are an asset
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project is a plus
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
