Responsibilities
Actively shape operational corporate controlling and support the development of group (strategic) controlling
Independently prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for the respective companies
Report and discuss the monthly/quarterly results with the managing directors (m/f/d) and/or business unit heads (m/f/d)
Support and ensure reporting to the parent company
Continuously optimize reporting and monitoring for the respective companies
Solid experience in the preparation of annual financial statements
Independently prepare and support (ad-hoc) analyses
Independently prepare short-, medium- and long-term corporate planning and the in-year forecast
Close collaboration and interface management with the managing directors, business unit heads and the treasury of the parent company
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector
Strong, precise analytical thinking combined with a high affinity for numbers
Excellent MS Excel skills and confident use of controlling and accounting systems (SAP)
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and enjoyment of working in a team
Self-initiative and a systematic, process-oriented, and independent way of working
