Responsibilities
Strategic planning: Contribute to key-figure and capital planning as well as to the monthly profit forecast.
Controlling & steering: Perform contribution margin calculations at the individual-transaction, profit-center and bank-wide levels.
Risk controlling: Measure and monitor credit, market and other risks that are relevant for steering the overall bank.
Reporting: Prepare the risk report and other managerial financial analyses and evaluations.
Decision papers: Derive measures for earnings and risk management and prepare materials for the Management Board, the Investment Committee and the Credit Risk Committee.
Equity participations controlling: Regular analysis and monitoring of associated companies and subsidiaries.
Further development: Contribute to the optimization of methods, processes and systems in controlling and risk management.
Requirements
A degree in economics or a banking qualification with substantial experience in bank controlling
Very good analytical skills and solid knowledge of financial mathematics
Ability to think in an interconnected, solution-oriented and conceptual way
Independent, precise and structured working style
Confident user of Microsoft 365; ideally experienced with VR-Control and agree21
