About the role
- Junior Controller creating reports and analyses using Power BI and Excel at VINCI. Collaborating with departments for financial processes and supporting annual financial closings.
Responsibilities
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and MS Excel
- Performing plan-vs-actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
- Contributing to budget planning, forecast preparation and process optimization
- Close collaboration with business units and project managers to improve controlling processes
- Independently resolving open items and coordinating with the collections/dunning department
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial practical experience in controlling or project controlling is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical understanding and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- English skills are an advantage
