About the role
- Junior Controller creating reports, dashboards, and analysis with Power BI and MS Excel at VINCI Facilities. Collaborating on financial processes and improvements in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and MS Excel
- Performing actual vs. planned comparisons, variance analyses and ad hoc evaluations
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Assisting with budget planning, forecast preparation and process optimization
- Close collaboration with specialist departments and project managers to improve controlling processes
- Independently resolving outstanding items and coordinating with dunning/collections
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial practical experience in controlling or project controlling is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
