About the role

  • Director, Account Executive shaping and scaling customer experience strategy at MealSuite, an end-to-end foodservice technology provider.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the AE Team to perform as a high performance team, resulting in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Support TA activities, training, performance management of AE team
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies, territory plans, and pipeline management processes. Provide accurate sales forecasting and insights to ELT
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Product teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey
  • Analyze performance metrics and coach to ensure goal achievement is being made
  • Participate in prospect meetings and deal negotiations when required

Requirements

  • I gained my knowledge through formal education (Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, Technology, or related fields), 10+ years of direct experience in sales, SaaS, and leadership roles in global customer service organizations including an additional 5+ years of direct experience with leading and managing a team.
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and other international locations if required for role).
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
