About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure proper integration between systems by connecting data, applications, APIs and devices across the IT organization to make processes more efficient, productive and agile.
- Develop systems by creating software and/or hardware solutions, from programming to integration with other tools and/or information systems, in order to meet internal and/or external customers' technology needs.
- Maintain systems by applying necessary changes during their lifecycle according to company and/or user requirements, ensuring the proper functioning of information systems.
- Develop features and maintain the structure of technology systems through planning, creation, implementation and upkeep of the core architecture, and by continuing the evolutionary process of digital projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping performed during execution, application of procedures and workflows, in order to suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in IT systems development.
- Document the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) by presenting information objectively, categorically and visually from source code, to create a shared and transparent understanding for the business.
- Act as a trainer and/or point of reference for other team members through training and/or guidance so that everyone can make the best use of applications and work tool resources to achieve results.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, when necessary, through training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development.
- Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Technical knowledge of ReactJS, .NET, .NET Core 6.0, RabbitMQ messaging framework, NoSQL and SQL databases
- Knowledge of Kafka is desirable
- Professional experience with container infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes; cloud environments: AWS and/or Azure; Web APIs; HTTP/HTTPS protocol; and SFTP
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, decision-making, business acumen, technical leadership and project management skills
