About the role

  • Customer Relationship Analyst focused on client benefits and support tasks. Engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to an assigned client portfolio through in-person, phone, and/or digital channels, ensuring all clients are served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
  • Provide attentive support to clients and beneficiaries, based on dialogue and understanding of needs, in order to clarify doubts and provide the necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
  • Manage interactions with operators/insurance companies regarding requests received from clients and beneficiaries.
  • Work with operators/insurance companies to obtain authorizations for procedures and address denials.
  • Provide network provider recommendations and clarify questions about the health plan.
  • Support clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals via phone and/or digital tools to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the contracted network.
  • Carry out the procedures necessary to perform market studies by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal deadline.
  • Prepare reports and meeting minutes.
  • Generate spreadsheets documenting copayment handling and reconciliations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through mappings conducted during process execution, application of procedures and workflows, and suggest actions to enable continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, including training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning and assertive communication
